Memory Care is a special kind of care for your loved one living with middle to late stage Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia. These communities are often an appropriate step to providing additional care for your family member who is currently in an assisted living environment. Memory Care Communities provide the same general services as Assisted Living communities but feature physical layouts, specialized services and dedicated programs to minimize wandering and delay dementia progression.
